What to see - Tenerife

What to see

The Island has unique places waiting for you. Europe's longest lava tube, measuring 17 km (10.56 miles) long, or Teide National Park (a World Heritage Site since 2007), a slice of the end of the world that welcomes more visitors per year than any other national park in Spain: three million.

In addition to its natural assets, Tenerife boasts plenty of other corners that are as special and beautiful as the Island itself. This is the case for the city of La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; swimming pool complexes like Lago Martiánez, designed by the artist César Manrique; and such magnificent natural areas as Teno Country Park and the Anaga Mountain Range.
