Tropical Fruits

One of the most delicious consequences of Tenerife's mild climate is its produce. Tropical fruits such as bananas, kiwis, mangos, avocados and guavas are not only wonderfully tasty but also rich in nutrients. They are a good source of vitamin C, help shed excess liquids and are an extremely valuable source of antioxidants. Plus, their fibre content encourages healthy intestinal functioning.

But it's not only eating that allows us to reap the benefits of these tropical delights. A facial scrub made of banana, pineapple or grape makes for a great exfoliant.
