The trail starts by the La Ruleta lookout point, leading you to a spot some 200 yards away, from which you can see the emblematic Roque Cinchado, the aligned mountain peaks of Roques de García, El Teide and the rock wall of Las Cañadas. From this point, the peak of Guajara stands out just behind the National Parador Hotel. To get back to the start, take the same route.
