36th FIMC: Mahler Chamber Orchestra

Ten years after her last performance here, Japanese classical pianist and conductor Mitsuko Uchida is coming back to the International Music Festival of the Canary Islands (FIMC).

She will come on stage as a soloist alongside the Mahler Chamber Orchestra, playing Mozart’s Piano Concertos No. 13 and No. 22. The evening’s programme will also include Jörg Widmann’s String Quartet No. 2, aka Chorale Quartet.
