The Black Pig Festival is an event dedicated to the black pig breed, native to the Canary Islands, promoting its meat as a staple of regional gastronomy. In its 4th edition, the festival will have German Flavours as its backbone, bringing different culinary cultures together and encouraging integration through the adoption of distant flavours, while promoting local foods.
