Tenerife is playing host to the 2nd Cara Norte MTB Tenerife Open Cup, an MTB and gravel race open to all kinds of cyclists, amateurs and pros alike. The course will unfold in the northern mountains of the island, in the shadow of Mount Teide, cutting across the most amazing landscapes for MTB and gravel racing.
The longer-distance race – 68 kilometres – will go from La Orotava to La Esperanza, going through La Caldera and Chanajiga before reaching the finish line. The shorter-distance version – 40 kilometres – will begin in Los Realejos and finish in La Esperanza as well, going through Chanajiga.
