CreAcción

CreAcción, the show being staged at the Guimerá Theatre in May and produced by Metamorphosis Dance, is the result of a participatory process involving performers who were not dancers.

Working with choreographers Iratxe Ansa and Igor Bacovich, the performers, without dancing experience or knowledge, interacted for weeks to create contemporary dance scenes. In the end, they came up with a first-rate show, both aesthetically and technically. CreAcción is a powerful mix of virtuosity, physical strength and eye-catching stage design, enhanced by perfectly-suited lighting and music.
