Lucrecia Conti, Spain’s most important film, stage and TV actress, has died. We follow the impressive wake organised by the Ministry of Culture in a theatre to allow the public to pay their respects to their much-admired star. Her grand-daughters Ainhoa and Mayte have to bring order to the massive outpourings by the public. Also appearing is Miguel, a distant cousin whose actual relationship to the family is unknown. Everything changes when participants end up locked into the theatre and Lucrecia’s ghost appears for a resounding farewell.
