The stage musical based on the 1992 film The Bodyguard, starring Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner, is coming to the Tenerife Auditorium to celebrate the film’s 30th anniversary.
The Bodyguard is a romantic thriller that tells the story of the famous singer Rachel Marron and Frank Farmer, a former Secret Service agent hired to serve as Rachel’s bodyguard when she finds out she has a stalker. Both Rachel and Frank have a strong personality, and this inevitably leads to clashes between them.
The cast in Spain is led Octavi Pujades as Frank Farmer and Luna Manzanares as Rachel Marron. The Bodyguard: The Musical offers audiences the chance to enjoy some of Whitney Houston’s greatest hits once again: “Queen of the Night”, “Run to You”, “I Have Nothing”, “So Emotional”, “On Moment in Time” and, of course, “I Will Always Love You”, which has become an icon.
