Los Silos International Short Story Festival 2023

From 13 November to 9 December, the town of Los Silos is playing host to the 28^th International Short Story Festival. This year, the festival will focus on bestiaries, those fascinating books of beasts that became so popular in the Middle Ages. Get ready, then, to be amongst dragons, griffins, centaurs, unicorns and mermaids!

The festival organisers have pointed out that their focus will be not only on the most popular fantastic beasts in Europe, but on the Canarian bestiary as well. In past editions, the festival drew thousands of visitors, filling the town’s streets with crowds of bookworms and literary buffs.
