GastroCanarias Food Fair 2023

In late May, the Tenerife Trade Fair and Congress Centre is hosting the 8^th GastroCanarias, the Food Fair of the Canary Islands. This culinary event is a meeting place for trade members, and a showcase for restaurateurs and everyone offering culinary and catering services in the Canary Islands.

Covering 17,000 square metres, this year GastroCanarias will include 217 exclusive stands and two venues for professional training: Aula Makro – leaving its regular food fairs, Madrid Fusión, Gastronomika or Alimentaria, for the first time to come to the Canary Islands – and the traditional Aula Hecansa-GastroCanarias.

The programme of activities includes workshops, master classes, cooking demonstrations, product samplings and twelve competitions, five of them cocktail contests.
