Tracy Turnblad, a big girl, with a whopping hairstyle and even mightier heart, only has one passion: to dance. Her dream is to make an appearance in the Corny Collins Show, the best TV dance programme of Baltimore. Tracy seems perfect for the programme, except for a not-so-little problem: she doesn’t fit.
