Hipócritas – Classical Theatre Festival

The town of Garachico is hosting the 2^nd Classical Theatre Festival, known as “Hipócritas”. Organised by the Culture Department, this festival is aimed at promoting theatrical activity among students, graduates and amateur performers or troupes, while bringing classical theatre closer to local audiences.

The activities – exploring a wide range of genres, formats and topics within classical theatre, that is, texts written before the eighteenth century – will take place in heritage locations.
