On 12 November, Santa Cruz de Tenerife is having its 9th International Marathon – the first long-distance running event of the season.
With a course approved by the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation (RFEA), the race will offer three distances, as in past editions: Marathon (42.2 kilometres), Half-Marathon (21.1 kilometres) and 8.6 kilometres. There will be trophies for the top three finishers in the men’s and women’s marathon and half-marathon. They will be awarded at the main stage. In addition, there will be prizes by categories for marathon and half-marathon finishers, who will receive them in the area past the finish line.
