The South Carolina Gospel Chorale – 14th Gospel Canarias Festival 2019

In its 14^th edition, the Gospel Canarias Festival is hosting a concert by The South Carolina Gospel Chorale, whose shows are a journey through the history of gospel music.

It will be on 15 December, when the ensemble from Charleston will sing the spirituals that described the hardships of slavery in America and pay heartfelt tribute to James Brown, Whitney Houston and Thomas Dorsey, the father of modern gospel music.
