The Three Wise Men Parade in Tenerife

On 5 January, the Three Wise Men are coming to the island of Tenerife for their traditional parade.
Several municipalities will join the event. Among them we can mention Santa Cruz de Tenerife, San Cristóbal de la Laguna, Puerto de la Cruz, Adeje, El Sauzal, Santiago del Teide, Granadilla de Abona and San Juan de la Rambla.
Escorted by popular characters from children’s films and TV shows, the Three Wise Men from the East will parade down the streets, giving out sweets along the way. Once the parade is over, the Three Wise Men will visit Baby Jesus after His birth for the traditional adoration scene and collect the last of local children’s letters.
