41st Garachico Arts and Crafts Fair

In July, Garachico is playing host to the regional Arts and Crafts Fair, the ultimate expression of the values of traditional art from the island, especially from Northern Tenerife.

To the wide range of arts and crafts on show, the Fair adds a series of exhibitions and demonstrations where visitors can get familiar with the history of local craftsmanship and learn how each piece is created. This year, the Garachico Arts and Crafts Fair – which has been held for the past four decades – is expected to draw some fifty local craftsmen.
