17th Programme of the Tenerife Symphony Orchestra

The Tenerife Auditorium is hosting a new programme of the Tenerife Symphony Orchestra 2021/2022 season. Directed by Lina González-Granados, the Orchestra will be accompanied by Russian pianist Evgeny Konnov in their performance of Sergei Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor, Op. 18 and Dmitri Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 5 in D minor, Op. 47.

The Tenerife Symphony Orchestra is one of the most prestigious musical ensembles in Spain, as well as an ambassador of Tenerife within the island and beyond. It is renowned for its long history, its innovative character and its outstanding performances. This concert was organised with the support of Jesús Serra Foundation, an organisation that sponsors a large number of educational and research projects, cultural and sporting activities, and charities.
