Orienteering is all about finding your location from landmarks, points of reference and directions that are known. Once you have your location you then know which way you have to go. In areas we know we look for familiar landmarks but when we are in unfamiliar territory or we do not see anything familiar as a reference point, we need to use compass points.
Based on this short definition is a whole new way of LIVING WITH nature.
Using compasses, binoculars and GPS devices, you can enjoy this challenging activity of discovery.
