The Terraces Luxury Penthouses

The Terraces Luxury Penthouses is a luxury film-friendly complex of properties in an urban area known as Residencial Anaga – one of the most prestigious and tranquil neighbourhoods in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

The properties, with a capacity for up to four guests, are carefully decorated and have a weekly cleaning service and replenishment of “amenities “for stays of longer than one week, although this service may be adapted to the client’s needs.

The Terraces Luxury Penthouses offers luxury accommodation with air conditioning and a portable Bose sound system. The apartments include a living/dining room, a 43” TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a main bedroom with a King Size bed and flat-screen TV, along with a second bedroom with two single beds. They also come with a garage and private storeroom.

Two of its properties also have a large terrace with a seating area, hammocks, a dining table for four people and a bathroom with a hot tub in the most intimate area, along with an outside shower, all accompanied by carefully-designed lighting.

The properties are located near to such services as supermarkets and a hospital. They are located 1.6 kilometres from the city centre, 7.6 km from Las Teresitas beach, 16 km from Tenerife Norte Airport, 18 km from Monte de Las Mercedes and 49 km from the Teide National Park.

The Terraces Luxury Penthouses were created with the aim of offering a luxury, personalised and local accommodation service while filming on the island of Tenerife.
