If you would like to visit one of the Island's most unique gardens, don't miss the Hamilton Gardens in the municipality of Tacoronte. This huge expanse of Canarian plant life is alive with different species present in the laurel forests and macaronesian heathland, the fayal-brezal. There is also an area dedicated to vines showing visitors a sample of the Canary Islands' different grape varieties and crop systems.

The park opened in 2003 and was built on the slopes of a ravine, making it the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy nature. Information boards have been put up to enhance your visiting experience and help you spot the garden's different plant species.

Opening hours: 10 am to 7 pm. All year round.
Entrance price: Free.
