A space for gastronomy managed by the Padrón brothers, the only Tenerife
chefs with a Michelin star and two Repsol suns. The menu at Maresía is
flooded with references to the coast and local cuisine and its culinary
commitment; with a careful avant-garde aesthetic, it gives a leading role
to ingredients that are from right here, so they keep all the purity of
their flavour and properties. Reducing the distance between the land and
the kitchen, the final result in our dishes is improved, with all the
freshness intact. That is the Padrón brothers' philosophy, in support of
local produce in all their recipes.
