At Jaxana Restaurant, Executive Chef Nacho Hernández Almira's suggestion is a gastronomic journey around south-east Asia visiting each of the twelve countries that are blended in the restaurant's identity: Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Myanmar, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, China, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.
Jaxana merges dishes of Asian cuisine with touches of Canarian gastronomy, where the fresh, quality produce is mixed in elegant and attractive presentations for the diner.
The restaurant, with its exquisite and elegant decoration, is made up of different spaces so as to create a variety of experiences: the kitchen bar stands out, where the chefs themselves explain the history of each dish, or the "reservado", or private room, devoted to events and ceremonial meals.
