El Secreto de Chimiche was the old tomato packaging plant in Chimiche, which has been restored with a rustic, picturesque and enchanting atmosphere where the traditional and the modern coincide in total harmony.

The restaurant makes a commitment to the market based on simplicity and a passion for local produce, which they use to make creative and elegant dishes but consolidating their roots and celebrating locally-grown ingredients.

Foremost among the recommendations on its exquisite menu are the bigeye tuna tartare with wood-caramelised tomato, the lightly-roasted laminate of Canarian black pig, the strip of octopus, the creamy rice or the excellent grilled meats as well as other delicious options to share.

Opening times:

Tuesday to Thursday and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Fridays and Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
