Sheraton La Caleta opened to the public in 2005. It is strategically located in the exclusive five-star-hotel area of Costa Adeje, in the shadow of Spain's highest volcano, Mount Teide, and only a few minutes' walk from some of Tenerife's most spectacular beaches.
The hotel has 284 rooms, including 20 suites, two of which have a spacious terrace and with private whirlpool. The hotel has four restaurants to choose from: El Parador, for breakfasts and dinners; the Japanese restaurant, Kamakura, with sushi bar and teppanyaki grill; La Venta, specialising in Spanish cuisine; and Vivace, an open-air restaurant for lunch at the swimming-pool.
