The rural house La Tunera, is situated in the south of the island in the historical district of Arico, declared a Monumental Historical Art. The Village of Arico is the administrative centre of the municipal. The house is found in a quiet village half way along the road that leads to both the sea and the mountain. The beach is 11 km from the house and the mountains only seven. Dating back to the 18th century and having been carefully restored whilst retaining the original style, the house exudes traditional Canarian architecture
There are two ample double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, kitchen, dining room, patio, lounge, second bathroom and two balconies with beautiful views to the sea and to the mountains. The house is fully equipped.
In addition, there are three garden areas, with numerous fruit trees, medicinal and ornamental plants and a good sized barbecue area.
In the municipal of Arico one can take part in outdoor sports amidst nature such as trekking, ravine descents, mountain biking and rock climbing.
