Informative clause on compliance with data processing regulations - Casas Bioclimáticas

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING: Guest registration at Casas Bioclimáticas (ITER – Instituto tecnológico de energías renovables S.A.), in order to manage their accommodation and related services. An additional purpose is to monitor and follow up on health incidents related with COVID-19.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING: Processing is based on fulfilment of the services provided.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS: No international data transfers are foreseen.

DATA CONSERVATION: The personal data provided will be kept for the period of time that is strictly necessary to comply with the aforementioned, for the period in which legal liability exists, for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, for as long as deletion is not requested by the personal data holder, and/or for a 6-year term counted from the last contact involving personal data.

If you have exercised, or decide to exercise, your right to delete, cancel, and/or limit the processing of your data, we will keep your information duly locked, without using it, for as long as necessary to undertake or defend claims or for the period of time in which any type of legal or contractual liability may arise in relationship with processing. These are cases in which there is an obligation to act and your data's recovery would be necessary.

RIGHTS: In accordance with the rights you are entitled to through current regulations on data protection, you may exercise the right to access, rectify, limit, delete, request portability, and oppose your personal data's processing. All individuals have the right to obtain confirmation on whether we at --- are processing personal data that concerns them or not.
