SPET, Turismo de Tenerife, S.A. is not responsible for the actions of users, who shall assume all responsibility for anything that may arise:

When any information that has not been published or shared by SPET, Turismo de Tenerife, S.A. or, where applicable, that has been published by an external third party appears on the social network.

When the social network is not operational for technical reasons attributable to the owner of the platform itself, third parties, unforeseeable causes or force majeure, with these circumstances being the responsibility of the social network or, where applicable, of the third party.

When the social network amends any of its legal notices and/or terms and conditions of use.

SPET, Turismo de Tenerife, S.A. shall be entitled to remove any contents published by the user from its official page/s unilaterally and without previous communication or user authorisation if the user infringes or violates current legislation, the standards established by current legislation and the Rules of the Platform in question.
