Rude – the new Omayra Cazorla show

Omayra Cazorla presents her new show “Malcriá” (Rude) for the first time. The 30-year-old from Gran Canaria wants to really take off. Her mischievous videos focusing on social justice issues have gone viral, with over 135,000 followers on Facebook. Social worker, actress and performer of monologues, although she defines herself as a “feminist by word and monologuist in the flesh”, she creates her monologues from day to day life. From the everyday actions and situations of our world and of those who live in it. Pure energy in motion, with great intensity and passion, the character she plays with grotesque but natural style offers up in this new show a deluge of personal situations viewed through her lens and with a hilarious end result in which everything can change. And all for the sole aim to provide fun and surpass the limits we impose on ourselves. A show that uses humour to break all established educational boundaries and illustrates real circumstances, not the posing we all have grown accustomed to. Respect for rudeness and the hypocrisy of good manners. What about you? How would you define yourself: polite or rude?
