San Cristóbal de La Laguna is playing host to the 1st World Heritage Cities International Competition of University Students’ Bands – La Laguna 2022 -, organised by the City of La Laguna and the Students’ Band at the ULL School of Economics, with the help of leading social and cultural organisations.
Every year, the competition will gather university students’ bands from Spain’s fifteen World Heritage Cities – Alcalá de Henares, Ávila, Baeza, Cáceres, Córdoba, Cuenca, Ibiza, Mérida, Salamanca, San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Santiago de Compostela, Segovia, Tarragona, Toledo and Úbeda – and from cities in Latin America and Europe.
