On Sunday, 29 May, San Cristóbal de La Laguna is hosting a new Ciudad de La Laguna Half Marathon – No. 21, in fact. The race, whose course unfolds across town, offers runners three distances to complete: 5, 10 or 21 kilometres.
With its start and finish line in Plaza de la Catedral, this year’s city racing course has been officially approved. It is easy to negotiate and much enjoyable. The winners of the latest Ciudad de La Laguna Half Marathon – Francisco Cabrera Galindo (Gran Canaria) and Marta Arnay (Tenerife) – will join the race, fighting for glory as they did in 2019.
