Tenerife has five restaurants that have been awarded Michelin stars once and even twice, which reaffirms and highlights their creativity and elaboration.

With two Michelin stars, in Guía de Isora, you will find Martín Berasategui’s M.B 2* at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Abama, run by chef Erlantz Gorostiza. The restaurant showcases creativity and innovation in its cuisine, as well as a deep understanding of flavours and ingredients. M.B is recognised by the Michelin Guide as an exceptional dining destination, and is characterised by offering a high quality experience in every sense.

The M.B 2*, is joined by the restaurant El Rincón de Juan Carlos 2*, at the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach in Adeje. A modern style restaurant that captivates all visitors with its breath-taking ocean views, as well as its impeccable service and gastronomic level. The restaurant adheres to its philosophy of creative Canarian cuisine, using premium ingredients and refined presentations. Its offer focuses on a unique and extensive tasting menu.

Among the Michelin-starred restaurants, the 1* San-Hô at the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach hotel in Adeje, awarded for its architecture, offers a fascinating fusion proposal that combines elements of Japanese, Peruvian and Canarian cuisine. Chefs Adrián Bosch and Eduardo Domínguez are renowned for their talent and creativity in the kitchen, making their proposal stand out for the personalised notes, elevating the concept of culinary fusion to another level.
