To film in public areas in Tenerife a permit has to be obtained from the corresponding Town Council. Tenerife Film Commission can provide you with the right contacts from the 31 Town Councils in the island. To be able to do this, write us at film@webtenerife.com with the basic information regarding your project (type, number of crew, equipment, dates, list of locations, if reservation of parking areas or other services you may need).
In general the Town Councils in Tenerife do not charge fees for film shoots unless they involve reservation of parking areas, police assistance or other services.
