32nd Canarias Jazz & Más International Festival 2023

The Canarias Jazz & Más International Festival is hosting its 32^nd edition from 30 June to 23 July. The programme includes concerts and shows by many different artists in theatres, concert halls, auditoriums and squares across the Canary Islands.

This year’s Festival will make room for emerging musical artists in addition to some of the world’s leading jazz musicians. In the jazz department, the long list of ensembles will include the Metropole Orkest, a jazz and pop orchestra based in the Netherlands that is the largest full-time ensemble of its kind in the world. Among individual musicians, the Festival will welcome American jazz singer Kurt Elling – one of the best jazz singers in the world –; Portuguese singer Salvador Sobral, who won the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest; French drummer Manu Katché; American jazz singer and songwriter Jazzmeia Horn, considered by some as today’s top jazz vocalist; American bass player Nik West; and Cameroon-born multi-instrumentalist and singer Richard Bona, among many others.
