Pepe Viyuela (Otoño Cultural/Cultural Autumn 2023)

Pepe Viyuela, one of Spain’s favourite actors and also a poet, comedian and clown, is coming to Santa Cruz de Tenerife with his show Encerrona. The performance will be on 11 November.

Viyuela’s first appearance on TV was in the popular show Un, dos, tres… responda otra vez, where he had a catchphrase: “Pero, ¿esto qué es?” (“But what is this?”) and a popular act in which he always ended up stuck in a folding chair. In Encerrona, Viyuela goes back to the chair and the spirit of clown. The show is part of the 2023 Otoño Cultural cultural programme, organised by CajaCanarias.
