Carnival: Coso Apoteosis 2024 (Big Carnival Parade)

Tuesday 13 is one of the most important days on the Carnival calendar in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It is Big Carnival Parade – Coso Apoteosis – day, when Carnival celebrations reach their climax.

Going down Francisco la Roche Avenue, the colourful and joyous parade includes krewes and music bands, floats and carriages, popular Carnival characters and, of course, the Carnival Queen and her ladies-in-waiting. At the end, there is a big fireworks show.
