El Avaro de Molière (The Miser)

On 3 March, Molière is coming on stage at the Guimerá Theatre, courtesy of Atalaya-TNT, who have come up with one of the most curious adaptations of his classic play The Miser (L’Avare in French, El avaro in Spanish). Adapted and directed by Ricardo Iniesta, who was also in charge of the stage design, this production is Atalaya-TNT’s first encounter with the French playwright.

The cast includes eight performers, led by renowned actress Carmen Gallardo, five-time nominee for the Max Awards and widely acclaimed by critics in several countries.
