On 13 April, the Colombian dance troupe Sankofa Danzafro are coming to the Tenerife Auditorium. Their show, La ciudad de los otros (The City of Others), sets eyes on those who have suffered ethnic and racial discrimination or have been the victims of social inequality for ages. La ciudad de los otros was first staged in the context of the celebrations on the anniversary of the abolition of slavery in Colombia, with the help of the City of Medellín and Casa Afro, the local agency for the integration of Afro-Colombians.
