On Sunday, 7 April, Las Galletas is hosting a new half marathon. There will be 10.8-kilometre and 5-kilometre races too.
The race, which unfolds in an official course across the city with start line in Las Galletas Promenade, is one of the events on the calendar of the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation. In its over-twenty-five-year history, this running event in southern Tenerife has hosted the Spanish Regular Half Marathon Championship (2001) and the Spanish Masters Half Marathon Championships (2006).
