Perseid meteor shower

The Perseid meteor shower will be visible in the skies over Tenerife between the 17th and 24th of August. Known as the tears of San Lorenzo, the meteors can be observed from all over the island. In addition, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn can be seen just before dawn.
