The Espacio Cultural CajaCanarias in La Laguna will host a free exhibition entitled “El lugar donde la luz canta” (The place where the light sings), which showcases the work of Vicki Penfold in Tenerife’s art collections and will be on display until the 1st of February 2025.
The exhibition pays tribute to Polish artist Vicki Penfold, who spent her best years in Tenerife, a place where “the light sings”, after enduring a life of suffering under Nazi repression.
Date: from the 20th of September 2024 to the 1st of February 2025
Opening times: Tuesday and Saturday from 10:00 h to 14:00 h, and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 h to 14:00 h and 17:00 h to 20:00 h.
