La Bella Susona

Let yourself be carried away by the opera “La Bella Susona” on the 7th of December at 19:30 h in the Auditorium of Tenerife.

A young 15th-century Jewish girl from Seville betrays her father by revealing a plot to her Christian lover. After the execution of the conspirators, she is rejected by both her community and her beloved. Dejected, she retires to a convent and asks that, when she dies, her head be hung on the door of her house.
