"Mascarita ponte tacón" on Friday, the 7th of March, is a unique event on the calendar of the International Carnival of Puerto de la Cruz.
As night falls, the men dress up as women and run a crazy race through the city's cobbled streets in high heels. A classic Puerto Carnival event!
