The Procession of Saint Isidore the Labourer

Enjoy the Procession of Saint Isidore the Labourer in the historic centre of La Orotava on the 14th of June.

This iconic celebration, one of the largest and most popular events in Tenerife, brings the town's streets to life with a vibrant atmosphere full of colour and tradition. Pilgrims, decorated floats, and folk groups join the saint in a festive procession, creating a rich experience steeped in Canarian culture.  During the celebration, participants dressed in traditional costume share food, wine and folk music, whilst street bands and traditional dances transform the centre of La Orotava into a huge open-air party that brings together locals and visitors alike.
