The Baile de Magos in Garachico

Garachico celebrates its Baile de Magos on the 16th of August, as part of the festivities in honour of Saint Roch.

One of the most charming Baile de Magos events in the north of Tenerife, held in the picturesque historic centre of Garachico. Attendees dress in traditional Canarian costume to parade through the town’s streets to the rhythm of street bands and folk groups, with the Roque de Garachico and the sea as a backdrop.
