From the 4th to the 6th of September, the International Trade Fair and Congress Centre will host the first Canary Islands edition of HYROX, which kicks off the 26/27 global season.
HYROX is the world’s largest fitness competition, combining an 8 km run with 8 functional exercises. Tenerife will be the first island in Europe to host a HYROX event, with over 10,000 athletes from more than 100 countries expected to take part. The competition features individual, pairs and relay formats for all ability levels.
