Procession of El Toscal

The Procession of the Blessed Christ of Paso Alto on the 2nd of October in El Toscal is one of the main events of the town's festival in honour of Christ.

The procession sets off from the Cross of San Agustín, at Casa Pisaca, and winds its way along Santiago and San Isidro streets to the Almeyda Museum, where the traditional Canarian Mass is held. A day that combines devotion, heritage, music and the folk traditions of the El Toscal neighbourhood.
