San Sebastián Pilgrimage
Horses are the stars of this unique pilgrimage. Hundreds of riders flock to the coastal area of Adeje on 20 January each year to take their traditional dip in the sea. This long-standing tradition celebrates the memory of Saint Sebastián, the patron saint of cattle herders.
