El Rincón de Juan Carlos

Fine dining restaurant with one Michelin star since 2016 and two Repsol suns, run by the Padrón brothers. Juan Carlos Padrón is the only Canarian chef with the prestigious Chef de L’Avenir distinction granted by the International Academy of Gastronomy in 2017, and works together with his brother Jonathan on pastry, and their respective partners Raquel and María José, who handle front of house and curate the wine cellar.

The food at El Rincón de Juan Carlos is a logical and grounded cuisine in which the diner can clearly appreciate the flavours, without anything sacrificing the essence of the dishes. Flavour and balance are indisputable pillars of its creations, combining the best of local and international produce.

Located on the rooftop of the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach hotel, in a fully renovated space that offers spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, the restaurant maintains an intimate and friendly character.
