The Donaire restaurant, located in the GF Victoria hotel in Costa Adeje, is defined from its essence as Belle Cuisine, a way of understanding haute cuisine in which beauty, precision and balance are an inseparable part of the experience.

Under the direction of chef Jesús Camacho, Donaire develops a proposal in which haute pastry is transferred to savoury cuisine. Technical precision, times and temperatures, as well as the meticulous work of textures and sauces define a cuisine in which every detail counts. In this approach, the boundaries between sweet and savoury are blurred, resulting in harmonious, clean, and elegant dishes.
