The Donaire restaurant, located in the GF Victoria hotel in Costa Adeje, is defined from its essence as Belle Cuisine, a way of understanding haute cuisine in which beauty, precision and balance are an inseparable part of the experience.
Under the direction of chef Jesús Camacho, Donaire develops a proposal in which haute pastry is transferred to savoury cuisine. Technical precision, times and temperatures, as well as the meticulous work of textures and sauces define a cuisine in which every detail counts. In this approach, the boundaries between sweet and savoury are blurred, resulting in harmonious, clean, and elegant dishes. At Donaire, Belle Cuisine makes aesthetics an essential part of flavour, a vision recognized with a MICHELIN star and a Repsol Sun.
